Job Summary
The Site HR Administrator is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations at the project/site level, including employee records, attendance, compliance, onboarding, and coordination between site employees and the central HR team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Management
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and documentation
- Handle onboarding and induction of new employees/workers
- Manage employee ID cards, uniforms, and site access
2. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Track daily attendance, shifts, and overtime
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing
- Maintain leave records and approvals
3. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain statutory records (ESIC, PF, etc.)
- Assist during audits and inspections
4. Recruitment Support
- Coordinate with HR for manpower requirements
- Schedule interviews and assist in hiring at site level
- Maintain recruitment trackers
5. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances
- Support engagement activities at site
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to policies
6. Coordination & Reporting
- Act as a bridge between site employees and corporate HR
- Prepare daily/weekly HR reports (attendance, manpower, attrition)
- Support site management with HR-related data
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field , Any Graduate
- 1–3 years of HR/Admin experience (site experience preferred)
Preferred Industry Experience
- Construction / Infrastructure / Manufacturing / Engineering sites
Working Conditions
- Based at project/site location
- May require extended hours depending on
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹36,309.17 per month
