Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications prescribed by physicians and other healthcare practitioners, providing information to patients about medications and their use, and ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical drugs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret prescriptions issued by healthcare providers.
- Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently.
- Counsel patients on proper usage, side effects, interactions, and storage of medications.
- Monitor patient medication therapies for safety and efficacy.
- Maintain accurate records of all medications dispensed.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and policies.
- Oversee and direct the work of pharmacy technicians and interns.
- Manage inventory of pharmaceutical products and place orders as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical developments and best practices.
- Participate in health promotion and disease prevention initiatives when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BPharm)
- 2 to 5 years of experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
