About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities, GeM portal operations, documentation, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience handling government tenders, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tender preparation, submission, and follow-up activities.
- Handle GeM portal operations and tender-related documentation.
- Maintain records of tenders, bank guarantees, work orders, and project files.
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial inputs.
- Prepare and review tender documents and bidder submissions.
- Track tender status, reverse auctions, and ongoing work orders.
- Update and maintain trackers, MIS reports, and documentation records.
- Support vendor registrations, compliance activities, and certifications.
- Ensure timely completion of all tender-related processes.
Required Experience
- 4-8 years of experience in Tender Management, GeM Portal handling, documentation, or administrative coordination.
- Experience in Government Procurement, Defence, Engineering, EPC, Manufacturing, or Service Industry preferred.
- Exposure to Defence tenders, reverse auctions, and government procurement processes will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, Management, Administration, or any relevant field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering-related discipline preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tender Management and GeM Portal operations.
- Excellent documentation and record-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Defence procurement procedures.
- Experience in reverse auction handling.
- MIS reporting and dashboard preparation.
- Vendor registration and compliance management.
Technical Skills
- Advanced MS Excel
- Google Workspace
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- GeM Portal
- ERP knowledge (preferred)
- Power BI/MIS reporting exposure (preferred)
Additional Information
- Candidates may be required to visit client offices, banks, or government departments as needed.
- Comfortable handling urgent submissions and coordination activities.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
