TONI&GUY is a globally renowned hairdressing brand known for excellence in hair and beauty services. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to lead our team at our Infopark, Kakkanad location and ensure outstanding client experiences.
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, lead and motivate the team, and drive business growth while upholding TONI&GUY's brand standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day salon operations including staffing, scheduling, and client service standards
Lead, train, and motivate stylists and support staff to meet performance and revenue targets
Monitor and achieve monthly sales targets (services and retail products)
Handle client relations, including resolving complaints and ensuring high customer satisfaction
Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, and vendor coordination
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand operating standards
Conduct regular staff performance reviews and identify training needs
Manage salon budgets, expenses, and P&L reporting
Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities with the brand/franchise team
Recruit and onboard new salon staff as required
Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure smooth day-to-day administration
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar leadership role in the hair/beauty industry (minimum 3-5 years preferred)
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Sound knowledge of salon operations, hair services, and retail sales
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Proficiency in MS Office/basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
A background or strong working knowledge of premium/luxury salon brands is a plus
