About the Role
Kharesiya Brands Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Quick Commerce Manager to drive business growth across leading quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, and other emerging channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketplace operations, sales growth, inventory planning, promotions, and platform relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations on Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, etc.).
- Drive sales growth, visibility, and profitability across all Q-Commerce channels.
- Coordinate with category managers and platform teams for listings, promotions, and campaigns.
- Ensure product availability and maintain optimum inventory levels at dark stores and warehouses.
- Monitor stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and service levels.
- Analyze sales performance, inventory movement, and platform KPIs.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketing initiatives.
- Optimize product listings, content, images, and pricing strategies.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports and dashboards.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Quick Commerce and E-commerce operations.
- Experience working with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
- Knowledge of inventory planning and demand forecasting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, FMCG, or Retail industry.
