Position: Spare and Warranty Manager
Role Summary:
The Spare and Warranty Manager is responsible for managing spare parts inventory, warranty claims, vendor coordination, and customer service support to ensure efficient after-sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Spare Parts Management
- Maintain optimum inventory levels of spare parts.
- Monitor stock movement and reorder levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for timely procurement.
- Ensure accurate stock records and periodic inventory audits.
- Control spare parts costs and minimize obsolete inventory.
Warranty Management
- Process and monitor warranty claims as per company policies.
- Verify warranty eligibility and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with manufacturers/OEMs for claim approvals and reimbursements.
- Maintain warranty records and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure timely settlement of warranty claims.
Customer Service & Coordination
- Support service teams with spare parts availability.
- Address customer concerns related to warranty and spare parts.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and logistics departments for smooth operations.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare inventory, warranty, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Analyze trends and recommend process improvements.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in spare parts and warranty management, preferably in automobile, equipment, or manufacturing industries.
