Workfront - Lead/Architect Pune · Full Time · Hybrid
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Workfront Lead/Architect to lead the solution architecture, enterprise integration, and strategic design of enterprise work management solutions. This role is responsible for defining scalable architecture, establishing governance standards, and ensuring Adobe Workfront aligns with broader enterprise technology and business transformation objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, platform administrators, customer engineering teams, and delivery leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-scale Adobe Workfront solution architectures that align with business objectives and enterprise technology strategies.
- Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and platform standards that support scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise work management solutions.
- Lead architectural design for Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and enterprise integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud and connected business applications.
- Establish governance frameworks, design standards, and architectural best practices for Adobe Workfront implementations across the organization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic requirements and translate them into scalable solution architectures.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams, platform administrators, and customer engineering teams throughout solution delivery.
- Review solution designs, integrations, and platform configurations to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and governance standards.
- Evaluate new Adobe Workfront capabilities and emerging technologies to recommend architectural improvements that enhance scalability, performance, and business value.
- Drive integration strategy involving Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Cloud, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Identify architectural risks, dependencies, and performance considerations, and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure long-term platform sustainability.
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation, reference architectures, integration blueprints, and technical standards.
- Support enterprise transformation initiatives by promoting reusable design patterns, platform standardization, and continuous architectural improvement.
Requirements
- Have 10+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise work management solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Workfront solution architecture, enterprise integration, and platform design.
- Possess strong experience defining scalable solution architectures, establishing governance standards, and leading enterprise implementations across cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Have experience with Adobe Workfront.
- Have experience with Workfront Solution Design.
- Have experience with Workfront Fusion.
- Have experience with Enterprise Integration.
- Have experience with Solution Architecture.
