JOBS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the branch team to achieve business goals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement business growth and client acquisition strategies.
- Monitor and improve branch performance, productivity, and profitability.
- Handle client consultations and provide guidance on immigration programs.
- Oversee visa application processing and documentation accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor lead generation, conversions, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and submit branch performance, sales, and operational reports.
- Manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial controls.
- Conduct quality checks and audits of client files and processes.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and ongoing client applications.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and service quality.
- Support senior management in achieving organizational objectives and expansion plans.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
