Required skills • 4+ years of Professional Experience in Secretarial, LLB can be an added advantage • Holds Masters/ Bachelor’s Degree Law from accredited College • Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and other relevant regulations. • Good organisational, prioritisation and time-management skills • Strong analytical and research skills • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
