ROLES ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Verify mandatory documents, courses, and licenses required for seafarers.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for documentation and travel confirmation.
- Liaise and follow up with seafarers to ensure timely submission of documentation.
- Scan, upload, and update all relevant documents in the system.
- Ensure completion and clearance of all mandatory checklists for crew scheduled to join vessels
within 30 days.
- Coordinate with the Licensing Department for flag license applications.
- Manage daily queries and maintain mailbox clearance.
- Upload all joining dockets once seafarers board the vessel.

- Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities effectively.
