Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resources to oversee and strengthen the organization's HR functions. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to industries such as Hospitality, Marketing, or Manufacturing. The role requires a proactive professional capable of driving end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and performance management while supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for various business functions and leadership roles.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational objectives.
- Handle employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and organizational culture development.
- Support performance management processes, goal setting, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act, Gratuity, and other employment-related legislations.
- Coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Work closely with department heads to identify manpower requirements and succession planning.
- Maintain HRMIS, employee records, and prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
- Assist in budgeting, workforce planning, and implementation of HR strategies across the organization.
- Support management in organizational restructuring and change management initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in Hospitality, Marketing, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
