JSK Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Tender & Estimation Engineer – Civil responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for railway, road, and civil infrastructure projects. The candidate will play a key role in bid preparation and ensuring timely submission of tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and review tender documents from Government / Private portals (GeM, CPP, NIC, Railway portals, etc.).
- Analyze drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and contract conditions.
- Prepare detailed cost estimations, rate analysis, and quantity take-offs.
- Prepare and verify BOQs as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations.
- Prepare technical and financial bid documents.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete documentation.
- Maintain tender records, bid tracking sheets, and documentation files.
- Assist in contract evaluation and post-bid clarification process.
- Coordinate with project, accounts, and management teams for approvals.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation & rate analysis.
- Experience in estimation for Railway / Road / Civil Infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of tender documentation and bidding procedures.
- Knowledge of e-tendering portals (GeM, CPP, Railway, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic understanding), and estimation tools.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and deadline-oriented mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
