Explain repair requirements, costs, and timelines to customers.
Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim processing.
Prepare job cards and maintain repair documentation.
Follow up with customers regarding repair status and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with body shop technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints effectively.
Promote value-added services and accessories when applicable.
Maintain records of insurance claims, repair orders, and customer interactions.
