Role Overview
We are looking for a high-agency Enterprise Sales Manager to lead new business acquisition and strategic enterprise partnerships.
This is a pure hunter role focused on acquiring new enterprise logos, building high-value merchant relationships, and opening institutional distribution channels.
The ideal candidate will combine strong enterprise sales capability with a deep understanding of payments infrastructure and merchant acquisition.
Success in this role will be measured by:
- New logos acquired
- GMV onboarded
- Revenue generated
- Strategic partnerships built
- Product penetration across acquired accounts
Product Focus
The primary focus of this role will be Payment Gateway (PG) as FiatPe’s core enterprise growth product.
The candidate will drive merchant acquisition for:
- Ecommerce collections
- Marketplace payments
- Subscription payments
- UPI, cards, net banking, and wallet acceptance
In addition, the role will be responsible for cross-selling:
- Merchant payouts
- QR and POS infrastructure
- API-based payment workflows
- Reconciliation and reporting solutions
The objective is to build enterprise relationships and expand wallet share through multi-product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Acquisition
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise merchants
- Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Solution Selling
- Understand merchant payment flows and operational requirements
- Position FiatPe’s payment solutions based on business needs
- Lead commercial discussions and proposal closures
Revenue Ownership
Own and drive:
· New merchant GMV
- Payment gateway volumes
- Revenue growth
- Product cross-sell opportunities
Market Intelligence
Track:
· Competitor pricing
- Product positioning
- Win/loss analysis
- Emerging payment trends
KPIs
Primary

Ideal Candidate
Experience
- 5–8 years in enterprise sales, fintech, merchant acquiring, or payments
- Strong background in payment gateway sales preferred
- Experience in new business hunting and large account closures

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
