Popular Mahindra is looking for a customer-focused and result-oriented Service Advisor to join our service team. The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring excellent customer experience, accurate service estimation, and timely vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand vehicle concerns and service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain repair/service recommendations clearly.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams for smooth service operations.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and service timelines to customers.
- Monitor vehicle progress and keep customers updated regularly.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with quality checks completed.
- Promote additional service opportunities and customer retention programs.
- Handle customer queries and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain customer records and service documentation.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma /Any Degree/ Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience in automobile service advisory/customer handling preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobile systems and maintenance processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Computer knowledge and service management system experience preferred.
- Experience: 0–3 years / Experienced candidates preferred
