We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads through LinkedIn, conducting market research, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong research abilities, and a passion for building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads using 20–40 LinkedIn accounts and other professional networking platforms.
- Research target companies, decision-makers, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through outbound prospecting.
- Connect with prospects through LinkedIn messages, emails, and other outreach methods.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and schedule meetings for the Business Development Manager (BDM).
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and support the sales process.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Monitor outreach performance and recommend improvements to lead generation strategies.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and meeting scheduling targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4-5+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Sales, or LinkedIn Outreach.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or LinkedIn for prospecting.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and outbound sales processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong internet research and market research skills.
- Ability to identify and engage decision-makers across various industries.
- Experience scheduling meetings and coordinating with sales teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive.
- Familiarity with email outreach tools such as Apollo.io, Lemlist, Instantly, or Mailshake.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn automation tools is an added advantage.
- Experience working with IT Staffing, Recruiting, Consulting, or Technology Services companies is preferred.
