Role Overview
- We are looking for a Photo Editor & Retoucher who understands that color is emotion and consistency is everything.
- The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (preferred but not mandatory) and a strong eye for detail, skin tones, and storytelling aesthetics.
- Freshers with a strong passion and portfolio are welcome to apply as interns.
Key Responsibilities
- Culling and organizing wedding photographs
- Color correction and advanced color grading
- Natural and professional skin retouching
- Maintaining tone and consistency across full wedding projects
- Matching editing style with brand guidelines
- Meeting project timelines efficiently
- Collaborating with photographers and creative team
What We Are Looking For
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom
- Understanding of color theory and skin tones
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas
- Discipline and accountability
- Willingness to learn and grow
Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
- Experience in wedding editing workflow
- Understanding of color science and LUT creation
- Knowledge of AI-based retouching tools
- Basic album designing skills
Internship Opportunity
