Job Summary
The Service Manager is responsible for managing the entire service department of the two-wheeler dealership, ensuring high customer satisfaction, efficient workshop operations, and achievement of service revenue targets. The role includes supervising the workshop team, maintaining service quality, and managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workshop & Operations Management
- Oversee the daily functioning of the workshop, service bay allocation, job card flow, and timely delivery.
- Ensure adherence to OEM service process standards.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality of technicians and service advisors.
- Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and consumables.
2. Customer Service & Satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide quick resolutions.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers for feedback and repeat service.
- Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores as per OEM guidelines.
3. Revenue & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly service revenue, labour targets, and spare sales.
- Implement upselling of value-added services, AMC, extended warranty, accessories, and engine oil.
- Monitor and control workshop expenses.
4. Team Management
- Lead and supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, Floor Supervisors, Washing Team, and Support Staff.
- Conduct daily team briefings and assign tasks.
- Provide training and skill development for technicians and advisors.
5. Service Quality & Compliance
- Ensure proper diagnosis, repair quality, and adherence to checklists.
- Maintain audit compliance for OEM standards.
- Ensure timely updating of job cards, warranty claims, and service records in DMS.
6. Inventory & Spare Parts Coordination
- Coordinate with spare parts manager for fast-moving parts availability.
- Monitor usage, wastage, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
