Job Summary
Unique Holidays is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to promote and sell domestic and international tour packages across India. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound telecalling for holiday package sales.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable tour packages.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide complete information about destinations, itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and travel policies.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and follow-ups.
Required Skills

- Customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the best travel packages.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations is an advantage.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, telecalling, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM software.
Mandatory Requirement
- Gujarati speaking is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Hindi is required.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
