Key Responsibilities
- Deliver files, documents, and messages within the office.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks.
- Open and close office premises when required.
- Handle courier deliveries and postal work.
- Support administrative staff in daily office activities.
- Monitor office supplies and inform management when stock is low.
- Assist visitors and guide them appropriately.
Requirements
- Minimum education: 8th/10th pass (as required by company).
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
- Good communication and polite behavior.
- Ability to follow instructions properly.
- Prior office assistant/peon experience is preferred.

Working Hours
