About the Company
Surfexx Business is a growing organization specializing in solutions for the architecture, interior design, and construction industry. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive who can drive project sales, develop strong channel partnerships, and build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and dealers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders,
contractors, and channel partners.
Identify upcoming residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requirements.
Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales tarets
Maintain accurate records of
activities.
Monitor market trends, compe
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings when required.
Required Skills
⚫ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in project sales and channel sales.
Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field. 1-4 years of experience in Business Development, Project Sales, or Channel Sales. Prior experience in the architecture, interior design, building materials, furniture, laminates, hardware, sanitaryware, lighting, paints, or construction industry will be preferred.
