Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Trainer to teach C#, MSSQL, messaging systems (RabbitMQ/Kafka), and frontend frameworks (Blazor/ReactJS) — covering both practical development skills and system design thinking.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver curriculum covering C#/.NET, MSSQL, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Blazor, and ReactJS
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions and project-based learning
- Teach architectural concepts — microservices, event-driven design, database optimization
- Develop assignments, code review exercises, and mock projects
- Evaluate learner code quality and provide structured feedback
- Mentor junior trainers and align curriculum with industry practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of full stack development experience; training/teaching experience preferred
- Strong command of C#, .NET Core, MSSQL, RabbitMQ/Kafka, Blazor and/or ReactJS
- Ability to explain architecture and design tradeoffs clearly
- Strong communication and classroom/session management skills
