Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop new business opportunities in B2B and corporate segments
· Build relationships with clients, distributors, and partners
· Generate Job Work in the automobile/industrial sector (Pithampur)
· Create and manage corporate tie-ups
· Generate leads, conduct meetings, and close deals
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
· 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales/business development.
· Experience in automobile industry / institutional sales preferred.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
· Ability to travel as required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number and quality of new business verticals established
- Revenue growth from new sectors
- Successful tie-ups with large partners (e-commerce, automotive, industrial)
- Successful launch of new products
- Contribution to company’s long-term diversification strategy
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
