Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials. You will maintain accurate inventory records, ensure proper stock levels, and support smooth material flow to production, projects, and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Inventory Management
a)Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against PO, GRN, and invoices.
b)Store materials systematically with proper labeling, binning, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
c) Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and update ERP/Tally/Zoho inventory daily.
d)Conduct periodic stock counts, cycle counts, and support annual audits.
Issue & Dispatch
a)Issue materials to production, service, or project teams against approved indents.
b) Prepare challans, gate passes, and packing lists for dispatches.
c)Coordinate with logistics for inward/outward shipments and track deliveries.
d)Ensure proper handling to avoid damage, pilferage, or expiry.
Stock Control & Reporting
a)Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and raise material requisitions on time.
b) Track slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete stock and report to management.
c)Maintain records of damaged, rejected, or returned materials.
d) Share daily stock movement and shortage reports with relevant teams.
Store Discipline & Safety
a)Maintain cleanliness, safety, and 5S in the store area.
b) Follow company policies for material handling, fire safety, and security.
c)Ensure all tools, spares, and consumables are accounted for.
d)Assist during internal/external audits with proper documentation.
Requirements:
a)Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
b)Experience: 1-3 years in stores, warehouse, or inventory management. Freshers with good computer knowledge may apply.
c)Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Physically fit for material handling and loading/unloading supervision. Honest, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
