Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Captain / Trainee Bar Captain who can join immediately and provide exceptional beverage service to our guests. The candidate should have good knowledge of bar operations, beverages, cocktails, and guest handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per hotel standards.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day bar operations and guest satisfaction.
- Recommend beverages and promote bar specials to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages and bar equipment.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for smooth operations.
- Follow all safety and responsible beverage service guidelines.
Requirements:
- Hotel Management qualification is preferred.
- Relevant experience in bar operations is required for Bar Captain.
- Freshers with Hotel Management qualification and bar training may apply for Trainee Bar Captain.
- Bar knowledge is compulsory.
- Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and professional personality.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Positive attitude and strong guest service orientation.
