Responsibilities :
Content creation:– Write long-form articles (800 to 1,500 words) across B2B, SaaS, education, and enterprise software sectors
– Write web page copy, landing pages, service pages, and product feature pages
– Write LinkedIn posts, WhatsApp broadcast content, and email newsletter copy
– Write meta titles, meta descriptions, and alt text as part of every piece you publish
– Research each topic thoroughly before writing - understand the audience, the intent, and the competition
SEO execution
– Do keyword research using free and paid tools (Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, or similar)
– Build and maintain a content calendar based on keyword opportunities for each client
– Optimise existing pages for on-page SEO - headings, internal linking, page speed recommendations, schema markup
– Track rankings and organic traffic weekly in Google Search Console and GA4
– Identify gaps and new opportunities based on data, not just instinct
Publishing and coordination– Publish content independently on WordPress or any CMS used by the client
– Coordinate with designers for images, infographics, and creatives when needed
– Share a weekly update on what was published, what is in progress, and what the numbers show
– Flag problems early - if a page is not ranking, a deadline is at risk, or a brief is unclear
What we are looking for:
✓ 2 to 3 years of content writing experience, preferably for a B2B company or educational institution
✓ Working knowledge of SEO - keyword research, on-page optimisation, meta writing, internal linking
✓ Comfortable using Google Search Console and GA4 to track performance
✓ Able to write clearly in English without heavy editing - grammar, structure, and clarity matter
✓ Can publish on WordPress independently - uploading, formatting, and optimising before hitting publish
✓ Organised and reliable - meets deadlines, flags problems early, does not need to be chased
Good to Have :
– Experience writing for education, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors
– Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest
– Basic understanding of LinkedIn content for B2B audiences
– Has used AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for research or first drafts - but can write independently too
– Some exposure to email marketing or newsletter content
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
