Flo Mattress is looking for a driven and confident Sales Executive who can build relationships, identify opportunities, and convert them into business.
We're looking for someone who is smart, proactive, and comfortable engaging with customers as well as business partners. The ideal candidate should be able to understand customer needs, communicate effectively, and represent the brand with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through new customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, channel partners, and key customers.
- Handle inquiries, conduct product presentations, and provide consultative solutions.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, field visits, and market outreach.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
