Have some computer Knowledge
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, travel schedules, and daily priorities.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain confidential documents, records, agreements, and other sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to the Director.
- Organize board meetings, management meetings, client meetings, and other official events, including logistics and documentation.
- Draft business letters, proposals, official communications, and other correspondence as required.
- Maintain organized filing systems, databases, and records in both physical and electronic formats.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the Director's office by proactively managing schedules and resolving coordination issues.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Director to support organizational objectives.
Pay: ₹10,647.28 - ₹12,500.00 per month
