Responsibilities:
- Customers ko outbound/inbound calls karna
- Product ya service ki sahi information dena
- Customer queries aur complaints handle karna
- Daily call records aur data maintain karna
- Sales leads generate karna
- Follow-up calls karna
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass
- Hindi bolna zaroori, basic English ho toh better
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain
- Positive attitude aur patience
