Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cloud Sales Manager to drive sales of Cloud Telephony, Contact Center, Unified Communication, CPaaS, and AI-based communication solutions. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer acquisition, account management, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire enterprise customers.
- Promote and sell Cloud Telephony, Contact Center, CPaaS, and Unified Communication solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain and update sales activities in CRM.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Cloud Sales, SaaS Sales, Telecom Sales, IT Solution Sales, or Enterprise Sales.
- Strong experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with decision-makers and enterprise customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
