Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Employee Relations
- Handle employee disciplinary matters, including misconduct investigations and policy violations.
- Draft and issue Show Cause Notices, Charge Sheets, Warning Letters, Suspension Orders, and Termination Letters.
- Conduct and coordinate domestic enquiries in compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Manage employee grievance handling and conflict resolution.
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies, standing orders, and code of conduct.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Legal & Compliance
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on employment-related cases and labour disputes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Maternity Benefit, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and review HR-related legal documentation and agreements.
- Monitor legal notices and ensure timely responses.
- Assist in handling labour court matters and statutory inspections.
- Maintain legal documentation and compliance records.
HR Operations
- Support recruitment and onboarding for critical positions.
- Handle HR documentation, employee lifecycle processes, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and confidential HR/legal documentation.
- Prepare HR and legal MIS reports for management.
Eligibility
- MBA/MSW in Human Resources with LLB preferred.
- LLB with relevant HR experience will also be considered.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in HR with significant exposure to employee relations and legal compliance.
- Mandatory experience in handling disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, and employee misconduct cases.
- Experience in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, or Gold Loan industry is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
