Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Identify and generate qualified leads from industrial and commercial clients
- Develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, references, and outbound activities
- Build and maintain a healthy lead pipeline
- Conduct cold calling and prospect outreach to generate appointments
Lead Conversion
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solar solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Convert generated leads into confirmed business opportunities
- Negotiate and support deal closure while maintaining target achievement
Sales Pipeline Management
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain CRM and sales records regularly
- Improve conversion ratio through structured follow-up planning
Reporting & Performance
- Share daily and weekly lead generation reports
- Monitor conversion performance and target achievement
- Provide market and competitor insights
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Surat, Gujarat (Surat, 395010)
