Key Responsibilities
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Verify visitor identity and maintain visitor registers.
- Conduct regular patrols of the factory premises.
- Ensure company property and equipment are protected.
- Check incoming and outgoing materials as per gate pass procedures.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities.
- Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
- Control vehicle movement and parking within the factory.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and safety incidents.
- Coordinate with HR and Administration regarding security matters.
- Follow company safety rules, 5S practices, and security procedures.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
- Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers with relevant skills may also apply).
- Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic reading and writing skills in Tamil; basic English is an advantage.
