Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Executive who goes beyond routine accounting tasks and can take ownership of multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of thinking through problems instead of just following.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating across teams, improving processes, and supporting business operations
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including entries, invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking
- Handle multiple accounting and finance-related projects with strong prioritization and ownership
- Support month-end closing, MIS reporting, and financial data analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors for smooth financial operations
- Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy
- Assist in statutory compliance, and documentation
- Track pending items proactively and ensure timely follow-ups
- Work on ad-hoc finance and operational assignments as business needs evolve
- Maintain accuracy while managing high-volume and multi-tasking environment
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations
- Good understanding of accounting fundamentals, reconciliations and indirect taxes
- Strong MS Excel skills and AI Tools
- Experience with Tally or similar accounting tools – Quickbooks will be added advantage
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred)
- Additional certifications will be an added advantage
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations – UK Accounting will be added advantage.
- Experience in handling invoicing, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
