Position Overview:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and performance management. This role ensures smooth HR processes while supporting the organization’s growth and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation for new hires.
- Ensure proper documentation and creation of employee records.
- Facilitate smooth integration of employees into the company culture.
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Assist in preparing and processing payroll data.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
4. Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal cycles and documentation.
- Track and follow up on performance improvement plans.
- Assist in employee development and training initiatives.
5. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Act as a point of contact for grievance redressal.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee well-being.
6. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
