Radical Era is an IRL (In Real Life) creator brand. We don't just talk about business ideas — we execute them and document the entire journey on Instagram. Raw, real, fast-paced content that actually moves people.
What we're looking for We need a video editor who gets it — someone who understands the creator economy, moves fast, and can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content.
What you'll be doing
- Editing fast pacing short form reels for our Instagram content pipeline
- Adding captions, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics where needed
- Colour grading and audio correction
- Working closely with the founder to match the brand's tone and energy
- Turning around edits quickly without compromising quality
You're a great fit if you:
- Have 2+ years of video editing experience
- Are strong with Premiere Pro (After Effects is a big plus)
- Have a fast system that can handle rendering without delays
- Are self-driven, take feedback well, and meet deadlines
- Have a portfolio that shows your range
Bonus points
- Experience editing for Instagram Reels or YouTube
- Understanding of pacing for short-form content
- You've edited for a creator or personal brand before
