We are looking for a skilled Continental & Chinese Chef who can prepare a wide range of Continental and Indo-Chinese dishes while maintaining consistency, quality, and hygiene.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Continental and Indo-Chinese dishes as per Daily Fuel's recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare items such as pasta, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, grilled dishes, salads, soups, fries, garlic bread, pizzas, and other Continental specialties.
- Prepare Indo-Chinese dishes including noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli paneer, spring rolls, momos, stir-fried vegetables, sauces, and gravies.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
- Manage daily food preparation and ensure timely service during breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner hours.
- Monitor inventory and inform management about stock requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and follow proper storage procedures.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in developing new menu items and improving existing recipes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Continental and/or Chinese Chef.
- Experience in restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, hotels, or corporate cafeterias.
- Strong knowledge of Continental and Indo-Chinese cuisine.
- Ability to prepare food quickly while maintaining high quality.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in café-style menus.
- Knowledge of basic bakery items and sauces.
- Understanding of food costing and inventory management.
- Ability to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
