About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Software Solutions Engineer to join our team. This is a client-facing role that combines software demonstrations, customer onboarding, user training, and technical support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers successfully use software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate software products to prospective and existing customers.
- Assist customers with software setup, onboarding, and implementation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot software-related issues.
- Train end users on software features and best practices.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and successful software adoption.
- Coordinate with the development team to communicate customer feedback and support requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and business partners.
Requirements
- Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic technical troubleshooting and computer skills.
- Ability to learn software products quickly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to interact with customers.
- Prior experience in software support, implementation, customer service, or software sales is an advantage.
