Retail Sales Executive
The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while driving sales performance in a retail environment. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products to enhance their shopping experience and meet business targets. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping journey Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly and confidently Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when necessary Accurately process sales transactions using billing or POS systems Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat visits Customer engagement and service excellence Sales and target achievement Product knowledge and presentation Team collaboration Time management and adaptability Work Conditions: Retail store or showroom setting Requires prolonged standing and active customer interaction Performance-driven and dynamic work environment Minimum high school education; higher qualifications are an advantage Prior experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles preferred Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Persuasive selling skills with a customer-focused approach Basic numerical and computer proficiency Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
