Job Title: 3D Visualizer Company: Orchid Furniture Job Summary Orchid Furniture is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to produce high-quality photorealistic interior and furniture visualizations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, have strong visualization skills, and be able to transform concepts and drawings into realistic 3D renders for residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities - Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders of furniture and interior spaces. - Develop interior visualization concepts based on design briefs. - Prepare walkthrough animations and presentation visuals when required. - Apply realistic materials, lighting, landscaping, and camera compositions. - Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams. - Revise renders based on client and management feedback. - Maintain an organized library of models, textures, and assets. - Ensure all visualizations meet Orchid Furniture's quality standards and project deadlines. Requirements - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. - Proficiency in 3ds Max/SketchUp, V-Ray or Corona, D5 Render/Lumion, and AutoCAD. - Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for post-production. - Strong understanding of materials, lighting, composition, and furniture detailing. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills - Experience in furniture and interior visualization. - Knowledge of animation and walkthrough creation. - Creative thinking with attention to detail.
