Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to promote and sell Aluminium System Doors & Windows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Aluminium System Doors & Windows within the assigned territory.
- Strong existing network and professional connections with architects, builders, and consultants in the assigned territory will be a distinct advantage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, fabricators, and end customers.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Generate leads through market visits, referrals, project tracking, and networking activities.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and convert inquiries into sales orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects.
- Coordinate with design, production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliveries.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project updates.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities as required.Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in the Building Materials, Construction Products, Doors & Windows, Roofing, Hardware, Glass, UPVC, Aluminium, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is required.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
