Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background
in IT services sales, particularly with experience in handling the end-to-end sales cycle.
Experience with platforms like Upwork is required, and LinkedIn-based lead generation will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
● Handle bidding, proposal writing, and client communication on platforms like Upwork
● Identify and tap new business opportunities through email, LinkedIn, and other
channels
● Negotiate with prospects and clients to close profitable deals
● Prepare customized quotations and project documentation
● Collaborate with the technical team for effort estimation and technical documentation
● Maintain a strong sales pipeline and report performance metrics regularly
● Build long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients
Requirements
● Minimum 1 years of experience in IT service sales
● Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles
● Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English
● Experience with Upwork bidding is mandatory
● LinkedIn lead generation and outreach experience is a plus
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
● Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, MS Excel & Word
