We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and highly organized Content Producer & Social Media Manager to lead end-to-end content creation and digital brand management for a premium performing arts institution.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, videography, editing, publishing, social media management, and performance tracking across digital platforms. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, storytelling, execution, and strategic thinking to build a compelling and engaging online presence.
Plan and execute weekly and monthly content calendars.
Capture high-quality photo and video content on-site.
Film classes, rehearsals, performances, workshops, faculty showcases, student stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
Produce engaging short-form and long-form video content.
Create Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts, and YouTube Shorts.
Maintain a consistent premium visual identity across all content.
Schedule, publish, and manage content across social media platforms.
Write engaging captions, content descriptions, and social media copy.
Monitor audience engagement, reach, growth, and content performance.
Identify trends and implement content strategies to maximize visibility and engagement.
Manage content archives and organize media assets for future use.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content concepts and campaigns.
Utilize AI tools, voiceover workflows, and content-generation platforms where required.
Analyze social media insights and recommend optimization strategies.
Ensure content aligns with brand positioning, aesthetics, and business objectives.
2–5 years of experience in Content Creation, Videography, Video Editing, and Social Media Management.
Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, reel creation, and social media content.
Proficiency in:
Strong understanding of Instagram growth strategies, audience engagement, and content planning.
Excellent visual storytelling and creative execution skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Videography and mobile content production expertise.
Photography and basic graphic design skills.
Experience with AI-assisted content creation tools.
Knowledge of Instagram Analytics and content optimization techniques.
Understanding of current social media trends while maintaining premium brand positioning.
