1. Dispense medications to all customers, following all departmental SOPs and Good Pharmacy Practices.
2. Enter medication orders in Pharmacy Software Module and issue Bill.
3. Prepare manual bills for OPD & IPD patients (if necessary).
4. Dispatch of consumable’s tray to nursing staff and OT staff before surgery.
5. To check and verify posting of pharmacy material & operation theatre charges in Hospital software.
6. Supervise the physical & HIMS receipt of material from central store.
7. Maintain shortage record book & hand it over to the Senior Pharmacist / In-charge / Manager to replenish the stock.
8. Do “Refund of drug” procedures from the patient.
9. Receiving material from the main store and storing/ stacking/ arranging it appropriately.
10. Maintain communication records in communication register.
11. Give proper written hand over to on duty pharmacist at the end of duty.
12. Assist senior pharmacist in maintaining records & filing process of departmental documentation.
13. Removal of non-moving and near expiry drugs
14. Keep records of Narcotics Drug usage.
15. Do any other related work as may be assigned from time to time.
