Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,35,000 per month (Based on experience and current CTC)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager – RESCO to drive business growth across Pan India. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in developing and managing RESCO projects, building strategic partnerships, acquiring new clients, and leading business expansion initiatives in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for RESCO projects across India.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the commercial, industrial, institutional, and government sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, EPC partners, developers, investors, and government agencies.
- Lead project feasibility discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, and project execution teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the renewable energy industry.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, financial models, and project bids.
- Achieve business growth targets and contribute to the company's long-term expansion.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in RESCO Business Development is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the Indian solar and renewable energy market.
- Demonstrated experience in handling large-scale solar projects under the RESCO model.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Compensation & Benefits
