Job Purpose
The Field Executive will drive on-the-ground customer acquisition, generate high-quality leads, and conduct initial site assessments for solar panel installations in the assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pitch to prospective residential, commercial, and agricultural clients through direct field visits.
- Site Assessment: Perform initial site surveys to check rooftop space availability, orientation, and potential shadow obstructions.
- Customer Education: Explain the financial benefits, government subsidies, ROI, and environmental impact of adopting solar energy.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, contractors, and existing clients to drive referrals.
- Process Documentation: Collect required client documents, including electricity bills and KYC paperwork, to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Market Reporting: Maintain daily logs of field visits, customer feedback, and sales pipelines in the company reporting system.
- Door to door : Absolute fearlessness in cold approach pitching, territorial mapping, and handling instant customer rejections.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduation (any stream) required; a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Experience: 1–6 years of proven experience in field sales, direct marketing, insurance and credit card sales or technical field roles (Solar, Telecom, or FMCG sector experience is a major plus).
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical product benefits in simple, local language.
- Basic numerical skills to calculate tentative cost savings for clients.
Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and comfortable with extensive daily outdoor travel.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Target based (commensurate with experience).
- Performance-based sales incentives and bonuses.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
