Vidal Health Insurance TPA is hiring for HR-Intern/Executive role
JD:
- Source candidates through various channels, including job sits, referral, etc .
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR support and guidance.
- Handle employee relations issues, provide advice on HR policies and procedures, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Facilitate performance management processes.
- Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance on change management strategies and facilitating communication between management and employees.

Qualification:
MBA+ 1-2 yrs of exp
