We work with leading brands, businesses, property owners, developers and investors to facilitate commercial real estate transactions.
We are currently expanding our property sourcing team and are looking for energetic, outgoing and self-motivated Field Executives who are interested in building a career in Commercial Real Estate.
About the Role
This is a field-intensive Commercial Real Estate Property Sourcing role.
The candidate will be responsible for extensively travelling across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai to identify commercial properties and establish direct contact with property owners, landlords and developers.
The primary objective of the role is to build a strong database of direct-owner commercial properties that can be offered to our clients based on their requirements.
The ideal candidate should enjoy travelling, meeting new people, networking and working independently on the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive field visits across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai to identify commercial properties.
- Source direct-owner properties for lease, sale and other commercial requirements.
- Visit commercial buildings, business parks, high streets, shopping destinations and other commercial locations.
- Identify properties that are currently available or may become available in the near future.
- Approach property owners, landlords, developers and relevant decision-makers.
- Collect accurate and detailed information about available commercial properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with direct property owners.
- Collect important property details, including:
- Property address and exact location
- Carpet / built-up area
- Floor and configuration
- Asking rent / sale price
- Security deposit
- Maintenance charges
- Availability status
- Parking availability
- Property specifications
- Building / project details
- Owner / decision-maker contact details
- Other relevant commercial terms
- Verify and regularly update property information.
- Maintain an organized database of sourced properties.
- Share suitable property options with the internal team based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with property owners for property details, photographs, documents and site visits.
- Follow up regularly with property owners regarding availability, pricing and commercial terms.
- Continuously expand the company's network of direct property owners.
- Keep track of developments, upcoming commercial projects and new property opportunities within assigned locations.
Locations to Be Covered
The candidate will be required to extensively cover the following markets:
Western Mumbai
Dahisar to Churchgate
Including major commercial locations along the Western corridor and surrounding areas.
Central Mumbai
Thane to CST
Including major commercial locations across the Central corridor and surrounding areas.
Navi Mumbai
Major commercial and business districts across Navi Mumbai, including areas such as Vashi, Sanpada, Turbhe, Nerul, Belapur, Ghansoli, Kopar Khairane, Airoli and surrounding markets.
The candidate should be comfortable travelling across different locations every day depending on the property sourcing requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- Own two-wheeler / bike is mandatory.
- Valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Candidate must be comfortable with extensive daily travel across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai.
- Candidate should be comfortable spending most of the working day in the field.
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be confident approaching and communicating with property owners.
- Should be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Should have a willingness to learn about the Commercial Real Estate market.
Candidates who do not have their own bike/two-wheeler and a valid driving licence should not apply.
Preferred Skills
- Good knowledge of Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai geography.
- Good networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate and communicate confidently with property owners.
- Basic knowledge of commercial real estate is an advantage.
- Comfortable using Google Maps, WhatsApp, smartphones and basic computer applications.
- Ability to collect, organize and maintain accurate property information.
- Hindi and English communication skills are preferred. Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.

Important Note
THIS IS A FIELD JOB.
The candidate will be required to spend a significant portion of their working day travelling across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai, visiting commercial properties and sourcing properties directly from owners.
Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are mandatory for this position.
