Job Summary:
The Field Officer is responsible for supervising and monitoring security personnel deployed at client locations, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining discipline, and delivering quality security services as per company standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise security guards deployed at various client sites.
- Conduct regular site visits (day/night inspections).
- Ensure guards are in proper uniform and maintaining discipline.
- Verify attendance, duty rosters, and shift arrangements.
- Handle client complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate replacement of guards in case of absenteeism.
- Train new guards on duties, company policies, and client instructions.
- Submit daily/weekly inspection and incident reports to management.
- Ensure adherence to company rules and code of conduct.
- Support in recruitment and deployment of security personnel when required.
- Maintain good relationship with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in security operations.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle manpower and resolve conflicts.
- Willingness to travel frequently to different client locations.
- Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
