Job Summary We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship Managers (CREM). This role is ideal for freshers and experienced professionals who are interested in building a career in banking, sales, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities Acquire and manage customer relationships. Promote banking and financial products to prospective customers. Conduct field visits and business development activities. Deliver excellent customer service and support. Achieve assigned business and sales targets. Maintain customer records and follow-up activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria Minimum Higher Secondary (HS) Pass. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license. Comfortable with field sales and customer acquisition activities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
